At the end of the Face-to-Face and Blended Learning part, the participant is able to apply for his or her field
- even difficult situations with groups of machines/systems can be controlled safely
- to carry out target-group-oriented, activating practical training on machines/systems
- Learning objectives with practical demos, instruction according to 4 step method, to convey tasks in individual, small group, group work
- To transfer skills and abilities to machines/plants efficiently
- to carry out effective learning objective checks on sub- and meta-learning objectives through practical tasks/exercises

Prerequisites for module 3
- Visit to the previous module
- Submission of the project work of the previous module
- Passing the online learning target check of the previous module
