In the service sector
We are the first training institute in Germany to specialize exclusively in the technical service sector. Our target group are service technicians, service salespeople, technical support staff and service managers.
In the field of technical training
For over 15 years, we have been developing specific concepts to further develop the methodology and didactics of technical trainers. Our train-the-technical-trainer concept “TTxTT” was the first in Europe to be certified by a university, the TU Darmstadt.
Seven practical trainers form the competence team with many years of trainer/coach experience and sound practical professional experience.

Our mission
We support our customers - the service divisions of technical companies - in their future viability by further improving their service business.
Our customers' customers (users) can work (B2B) or live (B2C) better or more easily as a result of our activities because they receive a more customer-oriented service.

Our impact
Improved social skills of technical specialists and managers. We also work for our customers on the service attitude, sales orientation and cost awareness of our employees.
