Technical trainers impart expertise in handling complex technical equipment, train employees and customers on machines and have to explain many technical details to them. In German, it is often difficult to "bring one's expertise" to the participant.
It only becomes really challenging when the participants in product and technical training come from abroad, usually in English. Some don't seem to have the level of technical knowledge you would expect; others barely speak English; and still others seem to be present but not interested.
Intercultural competence is needed to know how other people with different cultural backgrounds (professional, corporate, country cultures, etc.) learn, process information and act. One of the biggest challenges is the cultural differences, power asymmetries and uncertainties between the various stakeholders. The participants receive important suggestions and practical recommendations in this regard.
The aim of this training is to give technical trainers the assurance that their participants have understood what they have learned, apply what they have learned and thus the training has been effective.
Since the training language in international training is usually English, the training takes place partly in German and partly in English.
Here you will learn the tools for learning processes and group dynamics in heterogeneous groups with different cultural affiliations.
